We want you to love every purchase you make. If something isn’t right, you can easily request a return or replacement using our Return Request Form.


How to Start a Return

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please submit a Return Request using our form:

When submitting your request, include:

  • Your Order Number

  • A brief reason for the return

  • Clear photos or videos of the product issue

Once we receive your request, our team will review it within 24–48 hours and email you with next steps.


Return Eligibility

Because we partner with third-party fulfillment suppliers, we currently only accept returns or refunds for:

  • Items that arrived damaged or defective

  • Orders that are significantly different from their product description

  • Wrong item received

Returns for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse are not eligible at this time.


Replacements & Refunds

  • If approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund (depending on product availability).

  • Refunds are sent to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.


Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as we begin processing quickly after payment.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (such as pet apparel, grooming tools, and personal care items) cannot be returned unless defective upon arrival.
